At the start of the week, Microsoft launched a public preview of the ‘Power Platform Admin Centre’. This is the next step in uniting all the power platform applications, as administrators will be able to create, manage, and support their environments from a single location.
The new functions included in this release include Help and Support, Analytics and Environment Management.
Help and Support will be the place for real-time, self-help recommendations and support for services including Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Microsoft Flow. The function can guide you through to resolve problems; for issues with storage consumption, the suggested action takes you directly to where you can view storage breakdown per environment, and then asses the situation.
Under the single Analytics section, admins can access the analytics for Common Data Service for Apps, Microsoft Flow, and PowerApps. System admins of 9.0 CDS for Apps environments can also access the analytics for their own environments. This improved view will allow for easier, more efficient work.
There is now a single list of all environments (the same as instances in Dynamics 365 Admin Centre) which is more responsive, allows you to sort according to all properties, search across multiple environments, and open environments.
