You test the system to make sure that everything is working properly. We finalize the basic set-up, create interfaces to other systems if required and configure Business Central so that it works optimally for your company.
Go-Live

The booking logics of the ERP system have already been optimally adapted to the requirements of small and medium-sized companies and are available in SKR03/04 format. You can make bookings directly after installation.

With CX ExpressStart, you can reach your goal faster and start working directly with your fully functional ERP company system Business Central Online. We are at your side from the start to the finish and are also happy to accompany you beyond that according to your requirements and knowledge - individually and personally.
Preliminary discussion
In our joint preliminary meeting, which is part of our ExpressStart Premium package and takes around 10 hours, we focus specifically on the introduction of Business Central Online.
Basic equipment
Together we carry out the basic setup:
- Set up SaaS environment
- Carry out basic setup
- Provide Excel templates for master data transfer (accounts payable, accounts receivable, articles, chart of accounts)
- Provide CX basic document
Your tasks
- You fill in the Excel templates with your master data
- You familiarize yourself with BC through resources such as Microsoft Learn or online help.
Go-Live
- Together we work on the first processes in Business Central during the go-live.
- You receive continuous support and assistance – if required, of course, also afterwards and beyond.
Finalization of the basic equipment
- The Excel templates are imported together into Business Central.
- You select your document templates in the Word layout
- The first test system (sandbox) is created.
