Seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Like all our add-ons, CX Service is directly and seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. With our module, unlike in the BC Standard, you can select the work orders directly when invoicing and include them in the invoice. Book in work orders, create a purchase order from them and link all the work carried out for the invoice. And all this directly and easily in the CX Service module in your BC.

Connection to Microsoft Outlook

The direct integration into Microsoft 365 and thus also into Outlook makes our products an innovation in resource planning. All of a company’s resources and the associated capacity utilization can be mapped directly in all Office 365 products. Appointments are automatically entered into the responsible employee’s Microsoft Outlook calendar and also sent by e-mail as a reminder. Scheduling has never been so efficient and easy!
