New Features Coming to Microsoft Power Platform: 2023 Release Wave 1

Microsoft has announced the latest updates coming to the Power Platform suite in the upcoming release wave, which covers new features releasing from April 2023 to September 2023.

Power Platform 2023 Release Wave 1: What’s New?

Microsoft Power Platform is a comprehensive suite of tools that empowers users and organisations to transform their businesses through data analysis, automation, and action. These improvements also include introducing work queues where automatable tasks can be viewed and managed simultaneously, and providing more effortless connectivity to a machine for desktop flows – gone is the need for extra installs and password management.

Power Virtual Agents

In addition to these new features, Power Virtual Agents offers a new unified authoring canvas: Microsoft’s single conversational AI studio for all bot-building needs. The advanced authoring canvas will be widely available in this release wave.
