Create and send XRechnung, ZUGFeRD & PEPPOL directly, easily and legally compliant

CX eInvoice is seamlessly integrated into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) standard and does not include or require any customization in the ERP system. With CX eInvoice, you can set up the document formats for ZUGFeRD, XRechnung and PEPPOL directly in Business Central.

Our solution also offers you the freedom to convert your own documents into the XRechnung format or to change or add information elements from other sources. The production and dispatch are logged in the voucher output items.

How does CX eInvoice work?

  • Set up eInvoices as new electronic document formats in Business Central
  • Assign document format to customers via the corresponding document sending profile
  • When “Send document” is called up in the posted sales/service invoices or sales/service credit notes, these documents are converted into an XML file
  • The receipts can be sent to the relevant authority via e-mail or upload

Why eInvoices? Why CX eInvoice?

As of 27.11.2020, invoices may only be sent electronically to the authorities It is also conceivable that this will affect the processing of invoices between companies in the future.

So anyone who has federal authorities, constitutional bodies, a ministry or another invoice recipient at federal level as a customer must actually be able to issue the required Xinvoices very soon. After the cut-off date, federal clients will no longer be allowed to accept invoices that do not comply with European requirements. Simple PDF invoices or even paper invoices are then rejected and no longer paid.

The use of ZUGFeRD is also already common practice today in the course of digitization: creating, sending, receiving and, of course, processing invoices digitally.
