Full User licences

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is available in two user models: Essentials and Premium. Both versions are so-called full user licenses and are suitable for users who need to work extensively in the BC functional areas, e.g. employees in sales or financial accounting. The differences between Essential and Premium are additional functional areas (service, manufacturing & production) in the Premium variant. The user models are available both on-premise and in the cloud. Please note that a combination of both licenses is not possible.

– Term 1 month: 7 days before the subscription expires
– Term 12 month: 30 days before the subscription expires
– Term 36 months: 90 days of the subscription

*The cloud subscription for the additional storage space is subject to a charge. In addition, it has a term of twelve (12) months with monthly advance payment and is valid for one tenant. If you do not cancel the additional storage space subscription 30 days before it expires, the term is automatically extended by 12 months.
