Our CX Resource Scheduler provides you with an overall view of the company’s resources. The capacity and the use of the individual resources is clearly displayed graphically, and the selection is shown either horizontally or vertically as required.
As in the entire CX Scheduler with every module, the view can be quickly and individually adapted to requirements: all information can be shown and hidden.

Overall view for an efficient overview
Employee illnesses, late delivery dates or broken machines can lead to problems and changes in planning. For this to proceed smoothly, the CX Scheduler graphically shows all resources in the company. Failed resources can be replaced by available resources via drag & drop. Vacant capacities are immediately visible, and any overloading will be also displayed optically. This prevents double loading or idling.
Fast adaptation for individual planning
For an optimal planning status, all resources and their capacities can be displayed in an overall overview. Clicking back and forth between individual Excel tables or order cards is finally over: In the CX Scheduler, the individual data sheets from Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are combined into a single overview. The work surface can be adapted individually, quickly and easily.
You can see what teams and employees are working on, which service orders are currently being processed and which have not yet been dealt with. Orders and tasks that are not yet scheduled are displayed separately and can be assigned to an employee via drag & drop. The intuitive operation in your existing ERP system makes planning an integral part of the daily workflow.
The direct integration in Microsoft [Office] 365 and thus in Outlook makes the CX Scheduler an innovation in the field of resource planning. All resources of a company and the associated capacity utilization can be mapped directly in all Microsoft [Office] 365 products: appointments are automatically entered in the Microsoft Outlook calendar of the responsible employee and sent as a reminder by email.
