The use of the CX Planner is specially designed for quick and intuitive handling. Almost all tasks can be carried out via drag & drop and the direct assignment of projects, tasks and scheduling takes place within the view on the individually adapted interface. In the CX Project Scheduler, all capacities used can be displayed either horizontally or vertically with just one click, so that task assignments can be selected or moved according to capacity utilization and the planning times can be quickly adjusted. This structured view makes planning easier and increases the workflow in the long term. Of course, a capacity overload is immediately color-coded in the project module so that the respective planning person can react quickly.
